A BILL to authorize and empower the state of West Virginia to receive by gift or to acquire by purchase or agreement a certain tract or parcel of land owned by Beaver Creek Golf Club, Inc., a Virginia corporation, located in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, commonly known as the "Beaver Creek Country Club," to be used by the state of West Virginia through its Division of Natural Resources as a public park and recreation area.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
BEAVER CREEK GOLF COURSE
§1. State authorized to receive by gift or acquire Beaver Creek Golf Club and certain other land.

The state of West Virginia is hereby authorized and empowered to receive by gift or to acquire by purchase or agreement a certain tract or parcel of land containing approximately eighty-three and seventy-seven one hundredths acres owned by the Beaver Creek Golf Club, Inc., a Virginia corporation, located in the Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, as described in that certain deed of record in the office of the clerk of the county commission of Raleigh County in Deed Book 713 at page 711, commonly known as the "Beaver Creek Country Club" to be used by the state of West Virginia through its Division of Natural Resources as a public park and recreational area.
